Privacy policy
This summary explains how StudioCadence handles information. Studios may add their own policies for families on their public site.
What we collect
StudioCadence stores the information a studio enters to operate: studio and teacher profiles, student and guardian contact details, enrollment records, schedules, attendance, and billing history. We also collect standard account information for studio users, such as email address and sign-in activity.
Who the data belongs to
Studio data belongs to the studio. We process it on the studio's behalf to run the product. We do not sell it, and we do not use family or student information for advertising.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on StudioCadence servers. We retain only the records needed to show charges, refunds, and balances.
Access and isolation
Each studio's records are isolated at the database level. Owners, teachers, and families each see only the records their role permits. StudioCadence staff access production data only when required to support a studio or resolve an incident.
Retention and deletion
Studios can request export or deletion of their data at any time by contacting us. When a studio closes its account, we remove its records after a short recovery window, except where we must retain financial records by law.
