Terms of service
These terms cover studio accounts on StudioCadence. Studios set their own tuition and attendance policies for families.
Accounts
A StudioCadence account belongs to a studio. The person who creates it is responsible for who they invite and for the accuracy of the records they enter.
Trials and subscriptions
StudioCadence is currently free for all studios during early access — no card is required and there is no subscription charge. If paid plans are introduced later, studios will be notified in advance and may cancel before any charge applies.
Tuition and payouts
Tuition collected from families is settled to the studio's own payment account. StudioCadence does not hold studio funds and is not a party to the agreement between a studio and its families.
Acceptable use
Do not use StudioCadence to store data you have no right to hold, to send unsolicited messaging, or to attempt to access another studio's records. We may suspend accounts that do.
Cancellation
A studio may cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the current billing period. Studio data can be exported before or shortly after cancellation.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes and will notify studio owners of material changes by email.
